This Privacy Policy explains how OMBTeam, EU ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Frontinus ("the Service").

1. What We Collect

Account Data

When you sign up, we collect:

Email address
Authentication data (via Google OAuth through Supabase)

Project Data

When you use the Service, we store:

Source code files you upload (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
Project metadata (name, timestamps)
Analysis results generated by the Service

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information to operate and improve the Service:

Feature usage and request counts (for rate limiting)
Error logs

Cookies

We use only essential cookies by default. Analytics and marketing cookies require your explicit consent. You can manage your preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings in the footer.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

Provide and operate the Service
Authenticate your account
Process AI-powered analysis of your code
Enforce rate limits and plan restrictions
Provide support and ensure service reliability

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. AI Processing

Some features of the Service send portions of your source code to third party AI providers to generate analysis and suggestions. This processing is:

Performed only when you explicitly trigger an AI feature
Limited to the code relevant to the specific request

Your source code is never used to train AI models, by us or by any third party vendor we work with.

4. Third Party Services

We use the following third party vendors to operate the Service:

Each vendor operates under their own privacy policy. We select vendors that maintain appropriate data protection standards.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your project data is stored in an isolated environment tied to your account. Only you can access your source code through the Service.

Our team may access project data only when necessary to provide support, fix bugs, or ensure service reliability — never for any other purpose.

Active account

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active, including during any pause period. When your subscription is paused, your projects are preserved in full and remain private — they are simply inaccessible until you resume.

Upon cancellation

Your projects remain accessible for 30 days so you can export anything you need
After 30 days, all content is permanently deleted from active systems
Within 90 days, all content is permanently deleted from our backups
We cannot recover this information once permanently deleted

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based service, we respect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Access — You can request a copy of your personal data at any time
Rectification — You can correct inaccurate data
Erasure — You can request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
Portability — You can export your projects at any time from within the Service
Objection — You can object to certain types of processing
Withdraw consent — You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie Settings

7. Data Security

We enforce encryption for all data transmission over the public Internet. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibility seriously.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at legal@cssfrontinus.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of significant changes by refreshing the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via email.
